Customer Database

Managing and viewing your customer database.

The Customer Database stores all WhatsApp contacts that have interacted with your connected Whello Business account.
Each customer record automatically includes key details such as WhatsApp number, source, triggered events, and total customer value.

What It Shows

Each row represents one unique customer, with the following columns:

Admin

The WhatsApp number handling the chat.

Date / Time

The timestamp of the most recent tracked event.

Customer WA Number

The customer’s WhatsApp phone number.

Customer Name

The WhatsApp display name or contact name.

Source

How the customer initiated the conversation (e.g., Direct, Direct WA, Website).

Events

The list of events triggered by this customer (e.g., incoming_whatsapp (1x), Purchase (2x)).

Customer Value

The total tracked conversion value associated with the customer.

Campaign

The campaign tag if the contact came through a tracked Page URL or UTM link.

Action

Opens detailed parameters of each customer.
