The Event Report in Whello provides a detailed log of every tracked activity, showing who triggered what event and when.
This helps you verify that WhatsApp events are firing correctly across all connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, GA4).

What You Can See

Each event log includes:

Date / Time

The exact time the event was triggered.

Admin

The connected Whello Business API that processed the event.

Client Name

The WhatsApp name or identifier of the user who initiated the chat or conversion.

Client WA Number

The WhatsApp number of the customer.

Trigger Words

The specific keyword or automation trigger that activated the event (e.g., incoming_whatsapp, whatsapp tracking).

Event Name / Platform

Which event was sent to each integrated platform (e.g., IncomingChat (FB), IncomingChat (GA4), IncomingChat (TIKTOK)).

Value

The conversion value (if defined via event setup or keyword rule).

Source

How the chat originated (e.g., Direct, Website, Ads).
