Traffic Report Overview
The Traffic Report module in Whello helps you understand which campaigns, ads, or pages drive real WhatsApp conversions, not just clicks.
It gives you clear visibility into:
Where your visitors come from
Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Organic, or Direct.
Which campaigns generate actual WhatsApp chats and conversions
Which events are triggered and their total conversion value
Performance by each connected WhatsApp number
Report Sections
Source Breakdown
View a summary of all traffic sources, including:
Meta Ads
Chats received after users click on your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads.
TikTok Ads
Chats that start after users click on your TikTok ads directing them to WhatsApp.
Google Ads
Chats initiated by users who click on your Google Ads and then tap the WhatsApp button on your website.
Organic
Chats that happen after visitors come to your website from organic (non-paid) Google search results and then click your WhatsApp button.
This also includes referral sources such as Linktree or other websites linking to yours.
Direct Website
Chats that start from users who manually type your website URL into their browser and click the WhatsApp button on your site.
Direct WA
Chats where the source cannot be identified, but an event was triggered (usually from offline sources, manually shared WhatsApp links, or direct contact).
Incoming chats without triggered events are not included here.
Event Summary
Displays how many times events like Lead, Purchase, or AddToCart were triggered and the total value of those conversions.
Campaign Breakdown
Shows campaign-level analytics for traffic tagged with UTM parameters (where applicable).
WhatsApp Number Breakdown
Each connected WhatsApp number displays its total sessions, triggered events, and conversions — helping you evaluate team or channel performance.
