Page Rotators
Whello offers three types of Link URLs that can each include a single WhatsApp number or multiple numbers for rotation.
You can use the Page Generator to create redirect or landing pages and the Rotator to distribute chats across multiple numbers.
How to Create a Page Rotator
Go to Page Rotators → Add New.
Add your landing page URLs and slug name
Add pre-text or greeting you want to be inserted on WhatsApp for your client to start the conversation
Set which analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, GA4) to send data to
Set the rotation percentage for each WhatsApp number (total must equal 100%)
All should look like this before saving the URL Generator.
Click Save.
Link Types
Beside the slug URL, you can copy 3 types of links:
Blue URL
Used as a redirect page, ideal for Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns in Meta Ads or WhatsApp buttons in Linktree and similar tools.
Green URL
Used for WhatsApp buttons on your website after you’ve implemented the Whello JavaScript header code.
Orange URL
Used for webpages hosted on your own domain, allowing full customization and tracking.
